Terms of service

I am not forced to take your order, there are factors that could make me reject the commission, such as: personal life, the petition goes beyond my abilities as an artist or it does not comply with one of the next points.

The client must be clear and specific about what they want, this to make the process as quick as possible and finish their order. They can send me images only to use as a reference and can be SFW or not (depending of the commission).

If I am asked to draw a character that belongs to other person, I do not take responsibility if the owner disagree with the creation of such content.

A commission can be private, even if the client can stay anonymous, that might not be enough, so they can request to keep the artwork private and it will not be published. If not requested, the final product will be shared on at least one of my social media accounts.

¿What about complex backgrounds? I don't feel I have enough skill to pull of more complex backgrounds, and I want to offer the best that I can with my current level. Though I can accept doing some simple backgrounds involving furniture, but ask me first!

I will not draw anything, either I do not feel comfortable or I lack the skill to do it, if an order contains one or more elements of the next list it might be rejected (keep in mind that if something is not on this list does not make it a “yes” automatically, please ask me first!):

Feral.

Hyper.

Really muscular character or with overweight.

Vore.

Gore (abuse, graphic or extreme violence).

Infant looking or underaged characters (cub, shota, loli) on suggestive or explicit sexual scenes.

Toilet play, such as Scat, Watersports, etc.

Politics, Religion or controversial topics.

Complex characters/machines (includes robots).

Payments are in US Dollars, Paypal will be used used for the transaction. If the client lives on Mexico there is the option to use local currency (Mexican Peso) with a bank transfer.

I will start working after a deposit of at least 50% of the total value of the commission, in order to have insurance and to avoid any possible inconvenience.

The client has creative control over the drawing, but only I will do mayor modifications during the Initial Sketch, only minor adjustments can be done after this phase (for more information about the process please refer to the next section).

I will give a refund if: The Initial Sketch is not complete, if its ready to proceed to the Sketch phase or near completion, the client will get a 75% refund. Once the Sketch has began the commission can be canceled, but can’t get a refund for it.
The client will get a refund if I can not continue with the commission because of some technical problem or major personal problem. If delays start to occur from my part and they began to become an inconvenience, I will give a discount. Any of this two scenarios will be informed to the client.

The client will receive constant updates on intervals usually around 2 days (depending on work load), I will wait for they to respond before continuing to be sure that everything is as it should be. If I don’t receive a response within a week the commission will be suspended and after a month canceled without refund.
